letter to self:
Dear old self, You probably know by now that this is a really chill class and you really enjoy it. The main thing I would tell you is do NOT procrastinate. I know that its hard but really take the time to find a deeper meaning in the projects and take your time on working on the projects. I have two projects that are my favorite one would be the GIF and the club logo project. I would choose these two because they both gave me a great opportunity to learn something new. For the GIF i learned well how to make a GIF. For the logo i just took more time on it and i could really notice the difference i completely threw away my first idea and got inspired through my mistakes. Anyways thats all I have to say for right now. From, me now
tax dollars response:
"Tax dollars should not be wasted on art, music or theater classes in high school. Public high schools should be about training young people to enter the workforce. Period." I think that putting money into art or music program is helping some kids get into what might might be their workforce and is not a wast of tax payers dollars. For some kids art is a way for them to escape reality and can be helpful. Art is also a way for people to express themselves and gives some kids the voice they didn't have. I feel like in general there are not enough classes that actually make me feel prepared to enter the workforce, and a lot of the art classes have either opened up opportunities for people I know or can teach you about how you would get your work out in a market. Overall I believe that tax dollars should be used to fund art programs.
